📄 CIC Terms & Conditions – Tutoring Deposit Purchase
By placing a deposit to enrol in CIC tutoring services, you agree to the following terms:✅ Service Availability
All enrolments are subject to availability. CIC operates with limited class sizes (6–8 students per session), and places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit.If a session is full or unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative time slot if possible.
💰 Deposit Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your child's place.
- This deposit confirms enrolment but does not cover the full program cost.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the first day of Term 3 tutoring at our Bardwell Valley location.
- Enrolment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and the session time is allocated.
💸 Pricing
- All prices are stated in AUD and include any applicable GST.
- Total program costs will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- No refunds or discounts apply once Term 3 begins, unless a class is cancelled by CIC.
📍 Service Delivery
- CIC tutoring is delivered in-person only at Bardwell Valley.
- Classes run once a week for 10 weeks, either on Mondays or Tuesdays.
- Each session is either 1 hour (single subject) or 2 hours (dual subject, with a short break).
🧒 Class Structure
- Each program follows a structured, curriculum-based model developed by educational specialists.
- CIC tutors facilitate these programs — they do not customise or change content.
- The focus is on practice, feedback, and skill mastery.
📆 Attendance Policy
- Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- If your child is unable to attend due to illness, CIC may provide summary materials or review activities at its discretion.
- There are no catch-up sessions offered unless specifically arranged by CIC.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- The $100 deposit is non-refundable, even if you change your mind.
- Withdrawals after the program has started will not receive a refund.
- If CIC cancels a session or program, any paid amounts for affected weeks will be refunded in full.
🛡️ Liability Limitation
CIC is not liable for indirect loss, injury, or damages resulting from your child's participation, unless proven due to gross negligence or breach of duty. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the program fee paid.📜 Governing Law
These terms and all services provided by CIC are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.🔒 Privacy
- Personal information provided during enrolment is used only for communication, administration, and program delivery.
- Your details will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
- You can request access to your personal information at any time by contacting us.
