📄 Terms & Conditions – CIC Tutoring Enrolment By enrolling your child in Connect Incursions Centre (CIC) tutoring sessions, you agree to the following terms: 🔐 Enrolment & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your child’s place. The remaining balance is due on the first day of tutoring. Payment confirms your commitment to the full 10-week program. Enrolments are confirmed only once the deposit is received. 🧒 Class Size & Grouping Each class is limited to 6–8 students to ensure quality learning and personalised feedback. Students are grouped by year level and subject focus (English or Maths). CIC reserves the right to adjust groupings where necessary to support student learning needs. 📆 Attendance & Catch-Up Policy Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. In rare cases (e.g. illness with notice), a catch-up resource pack may be provided, subject to tutor availability. There are no make-up classes for missed sessions unless offered by CIC. 📘 Program Structure All content is delivered using CIC’s exclusive programs designed by curriculum specialists. Tutors facilitate these programs and do not alter or substitute content. The focus is on structured practice, progression, and feedback. ❌ Withdrawals & Cancellations Withdrawals after Term 3 begins will not be refunded. The $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. If CIC cancels a class or program, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled portion. 📍 Centre Rules Students are expected to arrive on time and come prepared. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. CIC reserves the right to withdraw a student for ongoing disruptive behaviour (no refund will apply). Parents are responsible for punctual drop-off and pick-up. 💳 Payment Options Deposit and full payments can be made via bank transfer. Bank details will be sent upon registration.
